Attendees enjoyed lunch and an industry trends presentation before touring Wrigley Field and four restaurants.
On September 10, FE&S foodservice operators, designers and dealers took part in curated front- and back-of-the-house tours of Wrigley Field and four restaurants representing a variety of menu and service styles. As part of these tours, attendees heard from the operators and staff about the inspiration behind each business, the factors that influenced the designs and equipment selection, and more.
